This song is about a true story. It happened in January of 1980. It is about my brother-in-law, my sister, and their two children. I could spend my time telling you all about their character, integrity, endurance, and Christ-like response to this awful, awful event. But they wouldn’t want that.
But they will affirm to you: “in the depth of the darkest gloom, the light of Jesus shines. Only He can heal your hurt”. If you are going through the darkest of times, I encourage you to seek comfort in Jesus.

You’ve pretty well summed or described this… In a Moment. I’ve probably taken it all in over 38+ years but never all in 4 or so minutes. I am humbled, appreciative, saddened but most of all thankful to the Lord Almighty for seeing through his greatness to all our needs. Thank you again!
